Three ways to add your signature

Draw mode opens a signature pad where you write naturally with mouse or touchscreen — useful for authentic-looking cursive signatures. Type mode renders your name in a handwriting-style font, a practical fallback when working on a desktop without a stylus. Upload mode lets you place a transparent PNG of your existing ink signature — the cleanest result for official documents where you already have a signature image on file.

Is a browser signature legally valid?

In most countries, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and EU member states, electronic signatures are legally recognised for most contract types under e-signature laws (the Saudi Arabia Electronic Transactions Act, EU eIDAS, US ESIGN Act). The key requirement is that the signature be attributable to the signer and the document be tamper-evident after signing. For high-assurance use cases (real estate, court filings, notarised documents), a qualified electronic signature (QES) from an accredited provider may be required instead.

Your signature stays on your device

Signature images and the signed PDF are generated entirely in the browser. Nothing — not the original PDF, the signature image, or the merged output — is sent to our servers. This makes the tool safe for confidential agreements, HR documents, and medical forms where a third-party server receiving your signature would be inappropriate.

    A fair comparison

Neutral phrasing — we don't name specific tools. "As on most tools" describes common industry practice.
